Buddy's talent has always merited his success, but a recently dramatic up surging in his popularity and charisma has occurred due to the romantic acquaintance and eventual marriage to Jackie Linville, a beautiful Blue-eyed 5ft.10 blonde winner of many beauty pageants and former Playboy Bunny of the year. Since he met Jackie, Buddy has merged emotion with professionalism to produce an even more energetic and happy career.
Greco has had ups and downs in both his professional and personal life. For a while, he maintained a reputation of being a rather abrasive fellow. But today, he claims "This is the lady who has changed everything for me. "Not only have these two coincided in love, they also collaborated in their professional drive. Presently, Jackie is an Integral part of Buddy’s performance as a singer-pianist-composer and associate producer of his material. She has definitely become integrated into all aspects of his life.
Jackie, not only is heard singing backup on his recordings, but has time for her other talents as well. Jackie is a writer, painter and recording and producing artist, as well as a model. Between her creative endeavors, Jackie has successfully raised three children, Sam. Gina and Jean Paul.
Raised within a musical family and background, Buddy has concentrated on a musical career seriously since an early age. He got his first important break when he was playing the piano at Philadelphia’s Club 13 when Benny Goodman happened to drop in one night. This was the era of the Big Bands and Goodman was king. Buddy accepted Benny’s offer of a Job as pianist, slinger and arranger and toured the world with the Goodman Band for four years. Since then, Buddy has won three gold records for his renditions of "The Lady Is A Tramp", “Ooh Look-a There Ain’t She Pretty" and "Around The World". He enjoys the rare and enviable distinction of having made over 60 Albums, 100 singles, ranging in style from Jazz to Country and Western to Pop. His own very particular favorite is the album he made with the London Symphony Orchestra, in which he arranged and played piano backed by 67 musicians.
He has appeared regularly at all the top nightclubs, concerts; symphonies in movies and on every major television show in the United States and throughout the world. In fact, he had his very own series on the CBS and NBC television networks. By order of Queen Elizabeth II, he was the only American to appeal at the Command Performance along the Beatles in 1964. He is in the process of writing his own autobiography, which will trace his fascinating life in show business.
In addition to a fine musical career, Buddy is an avid sportsman. He enjoys playing golf and hunting. All in all, Buddy is a multi-talented individual who is definitely on the move and projecting his career.
His peers have called him "a singer’s singer and a musician’s musician." He is now going into other fields of the music business such as producing records, writing and scoring for films, television, etc. In fact, he has produced albums for many of the top recording artists as well as his own.

Terry Gibbs on Vibes, Buddy De Franco on Clarinet, Frank Capp on Drums, Ken Wild on Bass, Ron Eschete on Guitar, Rich Ruttenberg on Keyboards, and Efrain Toro on Percussion.
